Very nicely done Jane! This makes the ‘new way of learning’ very concrete. A question that comes to my mind is how you look at the whole ‘working out loud’ idea as of showing what you do, learn, believe in, while doing your work. In such a way that you connect with other professionals, with and without your organization. To elaborate on ideas linked to the work practice with others. Might be slide 8?
Thanks Sibrenne, I can’t cram everything on to slide, but yes I mention WOL on Slide 22 (L&D perspective) – which is how they can help with items on slide 8.
