Next public workshop: to be announced
Continuous learning and development in the workplace doesn’t mean providing continuous training. Whilst it is up to everyone to become a lifelong learner and keep up to date with what’s happening in their industry or profession to remain employable, it’s also up to L&D departments to help individuals develop the new skills of independent continuous learning. In this 6-week workshop we will look at how you can work with managers to help and support their people to become independent continuous learners.
- Week 1: Help managers understand and promote independent continuous learning
- Weeks 2 and 3: Help individuals build a daily self-learning habit
- Weeks 4-6: Help managers adopt a process of continuous professional self-development
