However, the trick here is to NOT OVERWHELM yourself especially if you are co-ordinating and planning activities around a routine with family.<\/p>\n

Take it slow.<\/p>\n

Think of something you would like to learn then break it apart in pieces and see how you can fit it in your day around work, family and health (which come first).<\/p>\n

These “learning” times are a brain break from worry.<\/p>\n
