In summary, there are many ways that a Modern Workplace Learning Practitioner can enable and support the 4 D’s of Learning, but as this is new thinking it will first be important to establish a new mindset and culture of workplace learning. \u00a0This won\u2019t happen overnight; it will take time to adopt new ways of working with managers and individuals. \u00a0It will probably mean working through a a number of steps to give every one time to adjust to their new work and roles.
