Now semi-retired, Jane advised businesses for over 25 years where she focused on helping organisations and learning professionals modernise their approach to workplace learning – not just by updating their training practices but by enabling and supporting continuous learning at, through and for work
Jane was also an international speaker, keynoting at many learning conferences around the world.
In February 2013, the UK-based Learning & Performance Institute (LPI) presented Jane with the Colin Corder Award for Outstanding Contribution to Learning.
In May 2018, the US-based ATD (Association for Talent Development) presented Jane with the Distinguished Contribution to Talent Development award.
In October 2019 Jane was featured in the UK-based Training Journal.
