We know that sometimes it\u2019s easier to design courses that \u2018tick a box\u2019 but we don\u2019t have to deploy the same when it comes to our thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Inspire your business to think back on their best learning experiences and what stood out for them then consider ways to incorporate these into your solution.<\/li>\n<li>Wow your business with a bold, exciting and memorable solution \u2013 something that they weren\u2019t expecting from Learning and Development. You\u2019ve got nothing to lose.<\/li>\n<li>Change your thinking about how your learning experience must be designed in a particular way so that it is to your LMS standards. Design for connecting people \u2013 not fitting into your technology platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate an experience into your program that allows for practical, engaging interactions with people both online and offline to make learning memorable and transformative.<\/li>\n<li>Find ways for people to learn together and share stories together.<\/li>\n<li>Make the learning experience part of their workflow and not separate from it.<\/li>\n<li>Allow for self-discovery and self-direction in the content.<\/li>\n<li>Respect your employees. Don\u2019t waste their time.
